Guidelines for Directors and Commissioners is a guidance for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners that which describes the stages of activity in a structured, systematic, easy to understand, and can be run with a consistent, so it can be a reference for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in performing each task to achieve the company’s vision and mission.
Guidelines for Directors and Board of Commissioners is one of the commitments of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in order to implement the principles as well as further elaboration of guidelines for good corporate governance that has been owned by the PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia. These guidelines support the creation of a standard pattern of working relationship and mutual respect for the further elaborated in the policies of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
