In order to create transparency, effectiveness and efficiency in performing tasks management of the Company that is based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) applicable in PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia.

For the benefit of the company need to build good relations with stakeholders through build the prosedur and regulation for giving and receiving of both sides. Management has set the decree of directors of PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia to control the policy of giving and acceptance gift or entertainment.
